Room was excellent.

Didn't appreciate additional cost for "tips" after arriving at hotel not explained at the time of purchase.

I
didn't like the fact that when I arrived, they told me i would be paying an additional 26 dollars as a resort fee. that should have been explained at the time of purchase.

Interior rooms are old and ugly.

Its a nice location, but the rooms are so 1970. They need updated badly. The AC was so loud all night. The coffee maker did not work and they charged a $24 resort fee for tips, etc... If I want to tip someone, I'll do it myself! ...read more

Loved the large shower and the ability to close bedroom from living room.

Hours for room service started at 7:00. We really need 6:30.

The room was spacious and attractive. Loved being able to close the bedroom off from the living room with pocket doors. Double queens is great for kids. Loved having the large shower! Friendly staff, beautiful golf course, beautiful scenery.

Cell phones were not allowed to be used in the hotel's public areas.

The hotel was very nice. I wasn't expecting an additional $25 per night resort fee when I got there - so that was somewhat disappointing. I was not allowed to use my cell phone in the hotel's public areas which caused some inconvenience for the business purpose for which I was traveling. There were however, lots of amenities, including a golf course, pro shop, full work out facility, tennis courts and spa. The bar and grill had great food and beer!!
